    Horrible!!! If I could give zero I would. I never received a return call after leaving your voicemail. I received a text message in response to my voicemail. The text message asked me to give information regarding what my case was in reference to. Please keep in mind this was an initial request for me to ask questions and gain information on how I can receive help. I view this is extremely unprofessional. The grammar in a text message was as if a third grader was responding to me. Like seriously a text message there wasn't even a rapport gained. We've never met in person nor had a conversation over the phone.
