- BBBarbaraFeb 3, 20261.0I, dont recommend Attorney James Fareri representing Melanie Goocher and John Oakes from Eagle Village Resort. This Attorney has appeal civil case to higher court then didn't answer complaint. I need to receive my payment. Im going to reach out to Donald Trump President in to this matter and ask for a full investigation. Attorney James Ferir sent appeal letter which excluded docket number etc. Certified letter green label covered address hoping I wouldn't respond. I'll fight to the end to receive my awarded amount of 12,000 from lower court. Melanie Goocher and John Oakes must take responsibility for all the owners that were treated very poorly and numerouslaws broken. . :(((((((

I was in a head on hit and run collision and Matt and Chip were there for me from Day 1 I had no transportation and bills were piling up! Not only were they quick to help me in getting a rental and another vehicle, they also were more than happy to assist me with any needs during the wait time of my settlement They went above and beyond to be most helpful in such a terrible situation! I sat many occasions just pouring out my cares and concerns and Chip was always there for me like a friend! I’ve never had that experience with another law firm! Thank you so much I’m most grateful for you!
