  Highly recommend!! Levi was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to workers comp. He explained everything so I could understand and answered all my questions no matter how dumb. Levi will fight for you and get you what you deserve

  Levi was very informative and made me feel comfortable in my situation. In a realm of uncertainty he improved my confidence in what I was going through. Levi came highly recommended by his peers which is why I chose to call his office for my matter. He was always attentive and often checked in with me without being prompted to do so. I’d recommend Levi to anyone in the need for workman comp advice from an attorney.

  Five star service from beginning to end. Excellent staff that pays attention to detail. Dan McCabe is an excellent lawyer to rely on. He returns all of my phone calls and text messages. He fully explains everything I need to know and is a very pleasant person to deal with. I recommend if you're looking for an excellent lawyer Dan McCabe and his staff is the attorney's office that you want to deal with. Dan McCabe has also worked with my wife recently and has done a very excellent job.... I would not expect any less. I am very happy with all the services he provided us.

  I never actually had the chance to work with them other than the initial phone call. But this is an overview of my experience. I was expecting to have an intelligent conversation, but that did not happen. My initial call was on a Thursday. The assigned person said she didn't have time to talk and would call me back in the afternoon. She did call back, but I was unable to pickup. The following Monday I tried again. She first started by arguing with me that we had talked the week prior. I stopped her (which took a few tries, since she had no intent of letting me speak) and stated that we had never talked before. She argued with me and said, "let me check my phone records, we spoke for 15 minutes last week". We did not speak before. I went ahead and said what days the initial call was and gave the time for each one. She then argued that she talked to me Tuesday, which had never happened. Then she started to give me the name and situation for someone who was not me. So finally, she did agree that she didn't talk to me before. Then she started to ask me about why I was calling them, which I did provide a detailed writeup before the call. She started to say some things and then her phone cut off. I waited a few minutes and called back. Apparently, she didn't realize the phone had cutout and just talked the entire time. So she started to talk again, but her behavior was aggressive and she really didn't want to let me speak. Her phone cutout again and it gave me a few minutes to reflect. At that point, I was going to tell her I was no longer interested and would find a different attorney. I then called her back and she picked up and was talking right away. I asked multiple times to stop and then she yelled at me and said that she couldn't work with me. I have had better conversations with the DMV. Wouldn't recommend this lawfirm to my worst enemy.
