    After my first conversation with Mike, I breathed a sigh of relief. He gave me the first glimmer of hope that I had not had in a long time. After listening to my problem and asking pertinent questions, he told me that he would be confident of a successful outcome. His manner was professional but friendly always explaining things in lay terms and keeping me up to date on any developements.
