Derry Township et al., MDPA 1:25-cv-00435), ignored court filings under ADA Title II, and helped a public insurance company (SIGI) evade all accountability. Instead of protecting civil rights, they circled the wagons and gambled on procedural silence. Their partner John Gisleson and team received sealed suicide documentation and did nothing — no answer, no filing, no humanity.
