  I have used Brian Quinn’s firm for the last year. He worked so well with the state board of dentistry. He could not have handle things better. I would high recommend their team.

  I never imagined that I would have ever needed an attorney to defend myself against a false allegation against my nursing license, but it happened. It can happen to you too. I was absolutely terrified when I got home from work late on June 9, 2021 and read a very "vague" email that stated this person had been assigned to investigate a complaint against my nursing license, and that I should call this person to discuss this matter. Of course, I did not sleep and first thing the next morning, I called the number listed. Not only would this "investigator" not give me any details concerning this "complaint", but she wanted to come to my house the very next day for an interview!! Thank goodness I had the common sense to know that this did not sound right. I took to the internet in search of an experienced attorney to help me protect my nursing license, my career, and essentially my life! I found the website for Brian E. Quinn and based on the reviews, I gave him a call. Again- thank goodness I did because I could have found myself without a nursing license very quickly over a completely absurd allegation made by a former coworker who was, in fact, notorious for these type of complaints. I know, what kind of person would want to do that to someone? What kind of NURSE would want to do that to another nurse?? Well, it happens folks. Brian listened to everything I said and he quickly went to work on this case. First and foremost by immediately contacting this investigator to inform her that he was representing me and there would be no "in home interview" or any "interviews" with me at all. Brian and his staff handled EVERYTHING. He conducted his own investigation. Now, we both knew this allegation was absurd, but still, the BON will investigate and they are NOT your friend. They truly do not care about YOU. So, here we are, over SIXTEEN months later, and the BON finally made the decision to close the case, as the allegations were unfounded. Nurses, if you are ever approached by an "investigator" from the BON, do NOT speak to them AT ALL. Call Brian and his staff IMMEDIATELY! I am so very glad that I did.

  I would highly recommend Mr. Quinn for representation. He was professional and very helpful with answering all my questions. His associate, Darlene, was great as well. Very positive experience.

  Unprofessional, Lack of follow up, total disregard for a client request. Roger Epstein, while seemingly a nice person, has displayed a continuous pattern of ignoring multiple request for information, has not addressed simple questions such as what is my bill, has displayed a total disregard for time sensitive matters. It was such a let down as he seemed so available when he was trying to get your business but once he signed you with a retainer, it was a completely different behavior that transpired. I would never recommend him as a lawyer. Best R
