  The intake woman working on 02/23/2026 is rude and disrespectful. She constantly cut me off, gave attitude, and lectured me as is she was a lawyer herself. Apparently, its not enough to be a disabled veteran with permanent life-altering injury after medical malpractice. Only if it involves wrongful death and happened very recently. Complete waste of time, they will only accept if you're currently hanging on to a thread of life. Look elsewhere.

  I had an excellent experience with Kline & Specter, PC. Barry my lawyer (the best highly recommend him🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) was professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated from start to finish. He had so much compassion and empathy for my situation, which meant more to me than I can express. He kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I understood everything along the way. When it came time for trial, I was especially impressed. Barry caught inconsistencies and outright lies from the other side and professionally called them out with confidence and skill. Watching him advocate on my behalf gave me complete trust that I was in the best hands. I also want to recognize Katie, the paralegal. who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. She made communication easy and always made me feel supported whenever I had questions or concerns. Iam very happy with the outcome and truly appreciate the hard work and teamwork that went into my case. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking experienced, trustworthy, and compassionate legal representation.

  Kline and Specter, specifically Lisa Dagostino, Kathy Spurka, and Elia Robertson Caldwell were somehow able to make our family feel comfortable throughout a traumatic experience and then while reliving it throughout the entire legal process. I have described the three of them as our dream team and that doesn't even acknowledge the legal stuff, that part is a no brainer. They are brilliant. The differentiator is the personal connection and that is unmatched. To have people that listen and care, become invested in your family's life, that is the difference. Andra Laidbacker, Chip Becker and Tracy Cranford all provided the same level of compassion and legal expertise during the appellate process. When looking at firms you see huge monetary victories all over their websites. Go ahead and google the big firms. All the sites are the same. This decision comes down to picking a firm that cares, they will all claim they do. We lived it with Kline and Specter (Lisa Dagostino, Elia Robertson Caldwell, Kathy Spurka, Andra Laidbacker, Chip Becker and Tracy Cranford). Without a doubt, the best people in the city to work on your behalf, they are also excellent lawyers.

  If you want justice this isn't the law firm for you but that being said I don't know one that is any better and I've spoken to dosens and they are all the same. I been trying to seek justice for what happened to my dad in a nursing home but these cowards won't take the case and via their policy won't tell you why. Miss Brynn Smith. I don't know you and never would wish harm or bad on anyone but when or if what happened to me happens to you one day (and I really hope it never happens) I hope you remember me and I hope your boss tells you what they and you told me. "Sorry can't help" .

  If I could I would give this firm more than 5 stars...my attorney Barry Magen was awesome to work with...He kept me advised either by email or telephone to keep me up to date on how we were progressing. I recommend him highly. Kline &Specter is the best firm to hire and I recommend them highly.
