- MAM ADec 7, 20221.0Under NO circumstances should you use this law firm! They represent the telecom platform known as Inteliquent—which is a scourge in the industry for enabling robocallers to harass consumers by providing service to them—from which I have been receiving non-stop robocalls to my mobile number in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Inteliquent's designated outside counsel, Ronald W. Del Sesto, who works for this firm, sent a letter to me with a bogus address, went on to defend how even a court subpoena may not be honored, and his admin assistant, Cathy Sampson, was unprofessional by her attitude, which only compounded the issue as a seemingly impenetrable wall has been created by Inteliquent to in an attempt to evade legal responsibility for the abusive calling coming from their platform. Totally opposite of what I experienced under Fritz Hendrick's leadership at Inteliquent who assisted in getting me the information I needed to identify and stop unwanted calls. Now, this firm is being used as a vehicle to further stand in my way of any reasonable relief of the harassing calls.
