- JRJ RellJan 4, 20223.0I don’t do the public bashing on black businesses or rising establishments that are for the people. But, I was asked to review. My road has been bumpy with the firm. Because of the state of the city and the conditions the court system is in, Cierra’s case load is ridiculous. So it makes it incredibly difficult for her to sit down with you individually and explain the game plan and give you the proper amount of time to have you completely abreast as a client. Cierra even went as far as switching assistants, who get bogged down organizing the work and things are backed up, and they miss cases as well because they’re not perfect. I just wish my case would get more attention. I’m not a high profile case but time is on the table. I really trust them to sort this out as Cierra and her associates do, I just pray it’s not too late and it’s at the expense of my livelihood.
