If you’re considering their services, please think again! From the very beginning, their dispatch team has been dismissive and rude. Every time I called for updates, I felt rushed off the phone as if my time and concerns were irrelevant to them. It’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism when you’re going through a sensitive process. After waiting FIVE long years, I finally received a settlement of a mere $507.71. All that time wasted, countless follow-ups asking for basic updates, and the best they could offer was a suggestion that I should just go find a physical therapist myself. Seriously? That’s their idea of customer service? This entire ordeal has been nothing short of exhausting. If you value your time, money, and mental well-being, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Clear Field and Kofsky are simply terrible, and I can’t let others go through what I did. Save your energy and find a company that actually cares about its customers
