- MCMichael CominskyAug 3, 20221.0Mike dropped the ball by not providing paperwork to the courts resulting in an additional 48 days of house arrest with costs. He was supposed to file for a modification of sentence and did not. He would not return any phone calls and his voicemail is often full. Based on my own research it is too late to modify my sentence. I paid him over $15000 for his service and he didn’t follow through. I even recommended him for another case. What a mistake. Keep researching for an attorney that will provide the service they are ethically required to provide and act with integrity.
