  Spoke with paralegal Christine who took information down from me but said she had to ask an attorney a question and would get back to me the next day. Next day called to tell me an attoeney was willing to meet with me. I was left under the impression she would find out some answers for me and she made no indication whatsoever that I would have to pay anything because I asked how it worked and she did not.mention a fee at all. So when she called back I asked if there was a fee to talk to the attorney and she said no but only if they handled my issue. Otherwise it would be $250 just for a consult. This is nit a good business practice.and is very misleading to potential.new clients, especially someone who doesn't even know if they need an attorney or not.

  If you need a real estate lawyer, this firm is the one you should have in your corner. Attorney Nathan Karns assisted me in a very difficult real-estate tax matter. With all the specific laws, regulations, etc he was able to wade through the minutiae quickly and communicate skillfully, which gave me peace of mind. There are plenty of lawyers out there, but, none that provides proficiency in navigating a case with such professional standards with respect to everyone involved to find a quick equitable solution. I highly recommend this firm!!!

  We used Evey Black to close on our first house. They took care of everything, gave clear instructions, and even found an error on the deed of the house we purchased early in the process. Glad that was caught! Highly recommend!

  Working with Evey Black Attorneys and the legal assistant was a VERY positive experience. The attorney asked the pertinent questions and offered helpful suggestions in dealing with my issues. The legal assistant was on top of the game at all times and provided assistance as necessary. This is a good group with whom to work and I highly recommend them.
