  Terrible customer service- a very impatient and rude young lady treated us terribly while trying just to transfer a title. She knew she was out of control, so she left her office abruptly and had the office manager, Rachel come into the office. She couldn’t solve the problem, so we left. Would give 0 stars. Thankfully there are plenty of other notaries in Erie, and we were able to get our title transferred by a professional.

  These absolute idiots lost not one but TWO of my original titles. I transferred one car from Florida into my name and bought another in PA and both of them needed to be sent somewhere for some reason while I held a copy for the time being and I NEVER got my original titles from the mail even after they claimed it should only take a week, well it’s been over a year and now I’m getting screwed over by Penndot for not having my original title even after I tried to explain that these idiots lost it. NEVER go to these people

  Never using Sue’s again for multiple reasons. The place was a mess, smelled, and completely unorganized. The lady helping my husband tried to charge him $1000 when a check was sitting right in front of her, which was already filled out and sent to them through the car dealership. He literally had to show her the check in the mess of papers on her desk. He said it definitely felt like she was trying to hide it and get him to pay again. Two different ladies he spoke with throughout the process were very rude to him as well.
