  I was solidly represented by Carol Shelly and her office. Particular kudos to Jessica, who undertook the frustrating job of dealing with the bills from the medical establishment to make sure I was charged only the proper amount. Carol relies heavily on Jessica for this work, and she does it beautifully while being kind and supportive.

  Very professional. Walked me step by step through a process I would never have understood on my own. Went in thinking the worst and came out with more then I could have asked.
