  Had the privilege to have worked with Scott Melton Law through Steve Goldberg law in Ohio . They both worked very hard on reaching a settlement for my daughter’s wrongful death car accident. It look 8 1/2 years through all the lower courts and the Supreme Court to finally get a settlement for my daughters and 2 children she left behind at such young ages. These two law firms took on this case for my family , when many other attorneys wouldn’t touch it saying it’s impossible to win being up against a government entity that has its own laws protecting them. But with their hard work and persistence paid off for my grandchildren. It can never replace my daughter or their mother tho. Special Thank you to Scott Melton

  Scott Melton Esq. handled two cases for my wife and myself. We were very overwhelmed with the situation and Scott guided us throughout the entire process. He was so thorugh being well versed in not only the law, insurance, medical areas areas etc. but he really cared about us and our situation and showed such compassion. He was always there for us and always looked out for our interest from all different angles. I come from a family of several attorneys (different areas of practice) and they too were very impressed on how Scott handled our situation. I could not recommend any attorney more highly than Scott Melton. Unfortunately life altering accidents occur and we are so thankful that Scott was there by our side working with us. .

  Scott Melton is a wonderful, caring man with a heart of gold. He took my case knowing full well it was an uphill battle. And what attorney does that?! Takes a case even though they realize they will likely lose money? He tried tirelessly throughout and kept me updated at all the critical points of the case. He always talked to me with honesty, admiration and with the utmost respect. Even though my case wasn't strong enough to recieve a settlement, he was gentle and thorough in his explanations of the "why" to me in a way that made me ok with the outcome. Highly recommended if you want an attorney that truly puts his client first & pushes through with resilience rarely seen these days. Thank you Scott Melton 😊
