  Update July 12, 2023: I AM AN ITALIAN CITIZEN NOW! Thank you so, so much, Boh and David! I'm in! :) <3 I am forever grateful to Boh for taking on my case when no one else would. It was an odd ball request for petitions to amend my grandparents' birth, death and marriage certificates to correct the spelling so that I can get Italian dual citizenship. I wanted the backing of a lawyer rather than risking trying to amend myself and get rejected. When I called the Northampton County Bar Association, no one would take on my case to amend the vital records except Mr. Zelechiwsky. I also got to work with his associate, David, who showed equal enthusiasm and interest in my unique case. I am sure that in the eyes of many professional lawyers, my case looked silly or not worth the potential time investment for research and probably not likely to keep margins down and reel in revenue, and therefore was easy to dismiss. It wasn't an ordinary family court issue, and there was skepticism in the beginning if there would be any positive results. But I was happy if he tried, and in the end, the petitions went through. What I appreciated the most was that Boh and David made my case feel important. This has been a long journey, gathering information on my family's genealogy and collecting vital records. Boh and David have become apart of the adventure. And I am grateful for their efforts. Grazie mille!

  As good an example of what plagues family law as you can find. Cowardly, arrogant, unscrupulous and shows little concern for the post-divorce relationship between parents of young children. Do your kids and long-term finances a favor and hire ANYBODY except this old-school shyster who is so out of touch, he still thinks his old bag of tricks won't come back to haunt him via social media.
