- LBLainie Belcastro3 days ago5.0Recently, while sitting in the Roth Lawyers Allentown, PA, office, I noticed that my lawyer, Tracey Shreve, received the "Top Lawyer" award a few years ago....after having her handle my Last Will and additional personal documents, I understand why! I couldn't be more impressed with her knowledge, patience, compassion and sensitivity to time in putting these documents together in the very short time frame I requested. Tracey and the entire Roth staff I encountered in both the Emmaus and Allentown offices were incredibly outstanding and so very personable. Fees were fair and doable as well...but, more than anything, with all papers in place, I can truly, "rest in peace" when my time comes! Highly recommend Tracey, and the entire Roth staff! - DLDeborah (Lavine)Aug 19, 20221.0David Roth is a simple man that makes his living off what others have worked for. Yes he is a shyster! He thinks he deserves the heirs entitlement and doesn’t even notify you properly. Tells different liabilities and claims every time you talk to him, while nothing is filed in the courts to show it. Charges enormous amounts of money for little to no substantial work at all. Doesn’t even file with the courts proper documents showing receipts, sales, etc but keeps them hid in the office. Doesn’t even file with the courts in a timely fashion about heirs and never properly informs them of what they are entitled. Never even sends a claim form and when asked for one doesn’t even respond. Pulls all kinds of cheating games with the heirs money especially when someone dies intestate. Thinks he is smooth by bringing other family members claiming he needs help so as to take more from an estate. He will take as much as he can because the Judges in Allentown allows him to do it. He should work for something instead of taking it from those it rightfully belongs to. HE SHOULD BE AUDITED BY THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT!
