It felt like a dismissive tactic rather than genuine interest in the case. If they didn’t want to take it on, that should have been communicated honestly from the start. They then attempted to claim they had left me a voicemail the day prior, which was simply not true. The interaction felt condescending, as though they assumed I was naïve or easily misled. As a minority, that treatment was especially troubling. The attorney came across as unnecessarily cocky from the beginning. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this firm. I ultimately resolved my matter with another attorney and received a substantial settlement.
