  Daniel & his team are very professional and knowledgeable and 100% saved 7 years if my life. I was facing 2 measures 11 felonies and 1 other felony and a probation violation which my court appointed attorney before I hired Daniel said I would spend 7 years in prison and would loose in trial forsure so I should take a 4 year plea deal. I have 3 kids and own a business and was completely innocent of these charged and the only reason all this even happend was because of personal issues with Lebanon police department holding a grudge over something else and the DA not liking me for previous charges and them together pushed the case through the grand jury and knew I had a court appointed attorney and knew if I went to trial with them they would convict me forsure. I hired Daniel 3 weeks before my trial date and they pushed my court date out a month. Withing that month Daniel and his amazing private investigator found the Lebanon police department and the DA were withholding crucial evidence in my case that my court appointed attorney must of also ben aware of because it was plain as day and at my first court hearing Daniel told the judge we would have it resolved by the next court date. Before my next court date Daniel and his private investigator got all 3 felony charges dismissed and thrown out so then I was just facing a probation violation and 1 day before the hesring for that Daniel and his team got that dismissed as well and the DA who before looked at me like trash and thought he was going to convict me forsure had a whole diffrent attitude when I walked in the court room with dan and his investigator and at the end knew there lies would be exposed and they dropped every single charge and I never paid the court a dime or spent any time in jail and that never would of happend if it was not for Daniel and his team and there amazing work and knowledge in the laws and court system. I would recommend Willamette legal to anyone facing serious charges and in my opinion the best law firm around.

  Very satisfied with my experience with Daniel and his staff at Willamette Valley Legal! They answered all my questions(there were many) without passing judgement to my ignorance. Daniel is very well versed in the courtroom. My case wasn't a big one,but it was big for me,and he came through. Big case or not, I highly recommend!
