  I had the pleasure to work with Rich Parker in my bankruptcy case that centered around my private student loans. Mr. Parker was very knowledgable about the bankruptcy process in regards to student loans and took the time to explain what was happening and what was going to happen. One thing that I really appreciated about Mr. Parker, was the constant communication throughout the bankruptcy process. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and was equally as quick to respond and react with any issues that arose during my case(And if you are reading this and thinking, Yeah, he responded all the time because he was charging you for those emails, that's not entirely true. As a client, you get a very detailed invoice every month from his awesome assistant, Wendi Tibbetts. It shows on the invoice that many times there was no charge for the email communication between Mr. Parker and myself). At the end, Mr. Parker was able to resolve my case to get my monthly payments down to affordable amounts. He also got one interest rate to 0% and the other to 1%. On top of all of that, he was able to wipe out close to $40,000 from the overall amount of my loans.   Unfortunately they have a policy in which a lawyer won't even take your call unless you book an in person meeting at a minimum cost of $200. This runs contrary to the majority of lawyers I've ever contacted on other business matters including 'Super Lawyer' status attorneys. I see attorneys as no different than any other business and if they aren't willing to give me 5minuts of their time to attract my business and confidence, it says all I need to know about how they'll treat me in the future.

  I had a case with them. They have a lot of experienced attorneys. They are really friendly. Their prices could be high, but their service is great.
