Mr. Parker was very knowledgable about the bankruptcy process in regards to student loans and took the time to explain what was happening and what was going to happen. One thing that I really appreciated about Mr. Parker, was the constant communication throughout the bankruptcy process. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and was equally as quick to respond and react with any issues that arose during my case(And if you are reading this and thinking, Yeah, he responded all the time because he was charging you for those emails, that's not entirely true. As a client, you get a very detailed invoice every month from his awesome assistant, Wendi Tibbetts. It shows on the invoice that many times there was no charge for the email communication between Mr. Parker and myself). At the end, Mr. Parker was able to resolve my case to get my monthly payments down to affordable amounts. He also got one interest rate to 0% and the other to 1%. On top of all of that, he was able to wipe out close to $40,000 from the overall amount of my loans.
