  It was a challenging task I gave these guys and they really pulled through! Both Steven and Nathan were a pleasure to work with--kind, understanding of my complicated situation, and not your typical attorney stereotypes, but definitely not push-overs either! I would recommend them to anyone!

  My daughter was in need of legal counsel and support due to a custody and support dispute with her ex. I helped her secure attorney Nathan Jones for legal counsel and was so pleased with the support he offered to her. She had some hurtles to overcome due to some past challenges, but Nathan treated her with the utmost respect and consideration. He gave fair and confident legal advice and fought hard for her rights. And when things didn't go as we had hoped (the judge's doing), he stayed in her corner and continued to try and make things as positive as possible. It was such a relief for me to know my daughter was in good and capable hands. I would happily recommend his services to others.

  I hired Mr. Mastanduno to represent me in a Landlord-tenant case. The number of legal errors that Mr. Mastanduno made on my behalf caused me to loose my case and approximately $17, 000. Even one of the judges recommended that I hire an attorney and sue him through the PLF. Even the opposing counsel in the case said that he would testify to his malpractice. Unfortunately, I did not have the $20,000 that was required to go to trial. I had to settle for mediation, and was offered $6000 by Mr. Mastanduno's attorney. This has caused me great anguish and financial loss if not ruin. The errors that Mr. Mastanduno made included: forgetting to respond to the counterclaims almost causing me to loose the entire case, not objecting to a video that was improperly obtained and contained false witness, not bringing the officer who was willing to testify to prove my case in a timely manner; the deadline was missed by the time Mr. Mastanduno brought the witness to court. The judge allowed the testimony, but he could not re-open the case. The worst part of all of this experience is that this was my last year with my daughter at home, and I did not even have the money to pay for the medication for our cat. I can forgive mistakes, but Mr. Mastanduno has never apologized for his errors or taken responsibility for the suffering we have endured as a result of his malpractice.
