  I was fortunate to secure fair and competent out-of-state legal representation to deal with a trustee who was also a beneficiary, a family member and POA for my mother’s estate. When reviewing a barrage of conflicting family histories, associate attorney Cameron Tinker was able to identify the best path forward and with his counsel I obtained a satisfactory resolution to a decades old impasse and settled the Trust.

  Per one client : U. S. District Court Case 1:25-CV-01316-MTK, alleges MALPRACTICE, NEGLECT and FRAUD. Per another client : the Oregon State Bar, suspended his license, after he wrongfully took money from his client. Others that posted google reviews used words, of 'Shady' and 'Fraudulant' to describe his law office. I hired him 3 times in past several years and no longer trust him with any of my legal matters.

  U. S. District Court case # 1:25-CV-01316-MTK, alleges Mr. Cauble engaged in MALPRACTICE, NEGLECT and FRAUD, involving over $ 45k, in fees. After hiring Mr. Cauble 3 different times in the past several years, I am saddened to report, that I, personally, do not trust him to honestly handle a legal matter entrusted to him for me, and NOT to take advantage of me. I have found his reviews on google when compared to other law firm's reviews, to be quite informative. For example, I found 10 reviews total for Brophy Schmor, of Medford, whereas I see 16 'negative' reviews alone for Cauble's office. Within, those 16 negative reviews, the terms 'shady' and 'fraudulent' are used, and it was also shared by one reviewer that Mr. Cauble was Disciplined by the Oregon State Bar, having his license suspended, for misconduct involving his wrongful taking of his own client's money.

  We hired Chase to represent us. He had great communicate skills, always willing to answer my silly questions or explain more when I needed him too. He was very tentative and organized when it came to the court date. Chase was extremely patient during the case due to the other lawyer requesting an extension after extension. We felt as if Chase was looking out for our best interest.

  I hired Amanda Thorpe to represent me during my divorce and took out a $5,000 personal loan to cover her fees. We went to court once, after which she requested an extension. From there, the communication and progress stalled, but the billing did not. She managed to exhaust the entire $4,500 without much meaningful work or resolution. Ultimately, I had to let her go and represent myself. I went to court one more time without her, and the divorce was finalized quickly. In hindsight, it felt like I paid thousands of dollars for little more than administrative support. I would describe her as a glorified (and very expensive) secretary at best. I regret not handling the process myself from the beginning.
