  I had the privilege of being represented by Kelly Monaghan during a challenging criminal case, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.   Working with Kelly Monaghan has been a true Blessing. The challenges we faced could have been devastating for everyone in our family. However, with Mr. Monaghan on our side dedicating himself in accomplishing the absolute best results. He got to know and understand my son. He was most definitely on his side. Giving him the best of the best legal advise. Taking extra time to get to know his client and understand him as a person. Mr. Monaghan also was super supportive. Fighting for him as if he was family. Mr. Monaghan keep in constant contact keeping us all informed. He was invested in his clients future and fought like hell for the best possible outcome. Working diligently with all party’s that had impact on this case He was straight forward and professional. Because of his expertise and hard work his efforts were a success.   I'm only going to talk about Kelly Monaghan. I hired him to defend me on two cases (not at the same). First case; He represented me on a second DUI and felt like we could've won or got it dismissed since the officer illegally pulled me over. However, he advise me to not take it to trial because how much I blew/I wouldn't win. I get that, but the cop(had body cam) had no right to pull me over because his reason of stopping kept changing. First the cop was saying my headlights were out/not on, but they are automatic and were working as he said that! Then the officer said I didn't use my signal. Which I did use my signal and told him that.he still proceeded to take me to jail to blow. As the cop wrote his statement, he said 'I was swerving' in his statement. LIES! Well, I plead guilty due to my attorneys advice, because the ramifications losing will be greater. Next, I had another incident with Bend PD for a DUI by WALKING! Yes, I said walking. I then reached Kelly for help to rehire him for this case, since he is the only one I know in this town and I was still new here. The day before my arrangement, he told me he will no longer be apart of the firm he worked for at that time. Which he told me, I need to pick either with him or his firm. So picked the firm, because it was a big firm. Ultimately, that firm did nothing for me but want my money. So, I went with another attorney and he got the case DISMISSED! While him and/or the firm couldn't do or even mention that's a possibility! After getting my case dismissed, I wonder if Kelly could've fought for my second DUI better that. I wouldn't be in the mess I am in now. MY OPINION: I felt I was taken advantage of my vulnerability of not knowing the law, the reason why I hired him, and just a client with limited funds that he didn't believe his client(ME). Its funny a one man shop(the attorney that got it dismissed) did more and backed me on everything compare to Kelly and the firm he worked for at the time. I put this out there because I'm almost 5 years sober, and I'm still having to deal with this second DUI!! Which was over 5 years ago from being convicted of my second DUI. I am not happy that he didn't fight for me and give all the opinion that the one man attorney did... I would never recommend anyone in legal trouble to go to Kelly or a firm he works for current/past.

  Seeking a trusted and qualified firm to handle my family law case was daunting. But from my first phone call to HWM, I got the sense that I was in good hands. And I’m pleased to share that my expectations were exceeded across the board. In my initial consultation, Brady was professional, courteous, and informative. He answered all of my questions and explained the process very thoroughly to me, which put my mind at ease. My email interaction with both him and Amanda was extremely pleasant, and I always felt relieved after communicating with them. I achieved the case outcome I hoped for, and cannot recommend HWM enough. David followed up with me to ensure that I was satisfied with everything, which I absolutely am. More often than not, the need for an attorney is usually due to a stressful life scenario. HWM treated me like I was more than just another client.
