  Save your time, money, & mental health. The first scheduled appointment we waited 20 minutes after the scheduled time for us to be told Lilian was sick and that I need to reschedule. The rescheduled appointment, she was 30 minutes late (saying there's other stuff to do & get done, implying no respect for other people's time) and was beyond cold and condescending the entire time.
