It all started well, was asked to give a 3500 dollar up front payment and was told it should cover the start to finish process of the estate. After getting to the end, I knew the office assistant had done a lot of work so I mentioned I would be happy to pay a little extra for anything they might need to add. He sends me a bill triple the size of the retainer!! 7900 dollars he is asking for?! His itemized lists, he charges 35 dollars for email responses, even if the response was a single word! He charges ridiculous amounts for taking a phone call for a question. I would avoid this place like the plague, unless you want to be charged double or triple what you were quoted. Absolute worst service I have ever experienced in attorneys, and I’ve dealt with many. Do NOT give them your business!
