Specialized Legal Assistance

We are a non-profit community legal clinic funded by Legal Aid Ontario. We provide free services for low income residents of Ottawa in the areas of housing, immigration, Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Ontario Works (OW), Workers' Compensation, Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security benefits and Canada Child Tax Benefits. Our offices have limited capacity and as a result, not all clients will be able to receive assistance. Clients will be triaged based on needs, the strength of the legal case.
