  I was at a stop light and got rear-ended really hard during rush hour traffic and was told by the person that hit me that he was rear-ended himself and that the vehicle that rear-ended him had fled the scene. The guy who hit me could not explain what type of vehicle hit him, what color it was, what direction it went in, or how it fled the scene in the bumper-to-bumper traffic. I went to my chiropractor and was released. After the accident, I contacted the other driver's insurance, and they denied the claim on grounds that their driver was rear-ended. I originally contacted Jeff Martin’s office, and they turned down my case, that it was too small of a case. My wife told me to call Mr. Rode because she had worked for him around 25+ years ago. From the beginning, Mr. Rode’s staff made the process easy and helped ease my anxiety. They were both informative and attentive, ensuring I understood each step along the way. Mr. Rode filed suit and included a claim for negligent entrustment, as the driver who hit me was unlicensed, and the vehicle’s owner had allowed him to drive. Despite the circumstances, the process felt straightforward and manageable. As we began preparing for depositions, I understood it would take time, but I felt fully supported throughout. The Rode Law Firm team protected my interests every step of the way, maintained excellent communication, and kept me always informed. The defendant continued to claim he had been rear-ended and pushed into my vehicle by another driver who fled. Mr. Rode’s office also obtained the 911 audio recording from the scene, which included my conversation with the operator. During that call, I was instructed to ask the other driver for details about the alleged third vehicle, such as its make, model, or color, and he was unable to answer any of those questions. This 911 recording secured by the Rode Law Firm made a big difference in the case, and it was resolved when Mr. Rode insisted on taking the deposition of the guy that rear-ended me. Overall, my experience with the Rode Law Firm was outstanding and exceeded all expectations.

  I was going west on Maine and Bristow when the other driver changed lanes and hit me, which totaled my car. I handled my own property damage and did not think I was injured until the ice packs quit working on day nine and the pain kept getting worse. Mr. Rode handled a personal injury case for me approximately 20 years ago, and because he did such a great job last time, I called him again for this case. He promptly agreed to help. Once I hired Mr. Rode, my only job was going to my medical appointments and focusing on getting better. I did not have to worry about my medical bills because Mr. Rode and his team collected all of my medical bills and records. After everything was gathered, he sent a demand to the other party’s insurance. Communication was never a problem — Mr. Rode and his staff were professional and always took my call or promptly returned it. As for the results, on a scale of 1 to 10, I give Mr. Rode and his staff a 10/10.

  After my car accident, I researched attorneys and was impressed with The Rode Law Firm because they appeared to focus only on injuries, I was looking for a specialist to handle my case. I went to the Rode Law Firm and was impressed that they had their own building near 31st & Sheridan. I was again impressed when my case was winding down, and Mr. Rode explained to me that he was going to get me policy limits from not only the person that hit me and my underinsured motorist coverage, but also my sister's underinsured motorist coverage because she was living at my house when the accident happened. That was awesome. Overall, the Rode Law Firm did great.

  I visited the race track with my son and sat at one of the picnic tables. While I was seated, the opposite side of the table unexpectedly flipped up and over onto me, resulting in a fracture to my right collarbone.
