  Beware! This law firm managed a house I leased for 2 years in Coweta/Broken Arrow, OK for $2300/mth. They ignored me for 6 months as I told them the master bath didn’t work. They ignored mold in the same bathroom, then termites until they were swarming inside. They insisted I pay a $4490 deposit; double what my current residence charged for a nicer home, 12 yrs newer with the same rent. When I moved out they took 45 days to give me an email saying they used $4513 to clean up the property; which I had left completely cleaned as I was expecting the return of at least some of my deposit.
