    5 stars honestly isn’t enough. I cannot recommend Shelby Shelton Law Group enough. After calling around and being treated poorly by other offices, I was discouraged. Some places made me feel judged instead of helped. But from the moment I connected with this team, everything changed. Mrs. Katie at the front desk was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful; it set the tone right away. And Jacob Benedict was nothing short of amazing. He was kind, understanding, professional, and never once made me feel judged for my situation. I hired them last week, and my case was dismissed within days. The speed, communication, and overall experience were unmatched. If you need a team that will treat you with respect and actually get results, this is the one. Highly recommend.

    Very rude front desk . I’ll take my business somewhere else . When you call up there front desk seems in a rush to get off the phone or answer rudely and no help . Could be more patient and polite especially if customers are planning on spending good money. Word or advice , make your customers or future customers feel confident in hiring yall , and be patient don’t make them feel rushed and not confident in there desicion to proceed forward in hiring you guys. The lawyers seem very nice it’s the front desk that needs to be replaced . I’ve spoken to other law firms and the front desk was sweet and very helpful and understanding . Remember the front desk respresents you guys and set the tone on what people think of yall .

    This firm had our case. The office answered all questions. From your first call till the last court they were helpful. The receptionist always made us feel like everything will be OK. She always tried to help with all our needs. She was very nice and helpful. The office will work with you to get the best outcome.
