  Deborah was amazing. I've never delt with bankruptcy before and was very concerned that I wasn't going to understand what I was being told or that it was going to be so difficulty that everything was going to go over my head. Deborah made it simple for me and broke down everything I needed to know and gave me the time to do it. She also made sure she had everything we needed for court so I wouldn't have to appear again at a later date for my hearing. She reassured me but stayed firm on what I needed to do and the consequences if I were to fail to do certain things. She made my experience overall painless. My life can actually begin now and I won't be living my life in debt. Thank you so much, Deborah!

  Mrs.Brooks has represented us for the last 4 years, and I have been counseled many times on how to handle creditor situations that were encountered after the initial filing. We've had to file motions to get some of our money back, and she and her associates have managed to get us a refund each time. Despite Mrs. Brooks strict expectations, we were able to walk away from our bankruptcy with plenty of money in the trustees hands and finalize without more monies due. Sadly our mortgage company is giving us problems with past due payments, that are false and her office is still representing us even after all services have been said and done. Excellent attorney!

  Deborah has the best attitude (legal equivalent of a bad side manner) with clients of any lawyer I know; and she is a darn good lawyer to boot.
