  Terrible communication. I was referred by legalEASE by my work after having a traumatic hit and run on my vehicle. Alex sent an email saying he preferred email for communication. I sent him an email the 20th of November and no response. I reached out multiple times through call. There phones weren't working when I did get a hold of Alex, he told me he would call me on his personal cell. Everyday Lupe told me she would have him contact me, only to today say that he couldn't take me because of his work load. He should have told me that at the beginning. Waste of time.

  Absolutely the worst defense! If you want an attorney that cares does a good job listens to you and fights for your innocence and explains the law and your rights , instead of just getting you to plead guilty and out of the court room as fast as possible and not explaining your rights to you. I would hire someone else. I was never explained the law or my rights and not ever being in trouble before listened to the attorney I hired and that was a huge mistake. When I got others opinions about the stupid mistake I made of taking the attorneys advice on my case and he is refusing to help me appeal now and said my sentencing was "minor" and to "get over it". I took pride in not ever being in legal trouble and having no record now ruined by false allegations and an attorney that just wanted a quick pay check in and out of the court room with no work.... Although he did tell me if I was "a nurse he would have asked for lesser charge" but because of my career he wasn't doing that and to find a new attorney if I wanted more than what he did. Then violently yelled at me to get out of his office because I didn't agree he had done the best job. I believe Fletcher is a wonderful man and if you can get him as your attorney that is wonderful but as for his son's you might as well walk in hand them thousands of dollars plea guilty and walk away because at the end of it's all that's what is going to happen anyways.
