- BBBriApr 1, 20251.0I truly had high hopes for this firm And am sad to say it was not a good experience. After having what I thought was a good and productive initial telephone conversation with attorney white, he told me he would call me back and has failed to do so for 2 straight months. I have called his office 3 times since this conversation, leaving a couple of messages on his voicemail, and also left a message with whoever answers the phone. She apologized and stated she would write my number and name down and give him the note personally (since he hadn’t called me back after I left 2 voicemails). It’s been 2 weeks since that last phone call I made and he still hasn’t returned my call. I totally understand not wanting to take a case for whatever reasoning, that is irrelevant. But it is such a bad character trait to not respect people enough to return their phone calls. Most of the people who need this type of attorney are people going through really hard, unfair things and It shows a lack of respect and empathy for those people.
