Unlike the others, he not only answered the phone but spent 45 minutes to an hour with me gathering all the necessary information. He then scheduled an appointment for the very next day—a Sunday—while others wanted to meet on Monday, which would have been too late for me. From the first five minutes of our Sunday meeting, I knew Joe was the attorney for me. He is a straight shooter, no-nonsense, and gets directly to the point.   This attorney is the real deal. He represented my fiancee in Dillonvale. There were some issues with the court not finishing and sending in paperwork, and they just seemed to not care. I called in to Mr. Rine's law office, spoke to his receptionist, and to my surprise Mr. Rine got on the phone with me himself and listened to what had happened, well, not happened.. he called the courthouse himself and problem was fixed almost immediately. My fiancee also said he was great to work with I highly recommend him, he is dependable, professional, and probably the best experience I've had dealing with a lawyer.
