  Beyond unacceptable. Scheduled consultation and the attorneys did not show TWICE. I can understand about the first time, because things happen. The second time was too much. I didn't even get a call back, an apology, or a message. If a simple follow-up is difficult for them, I could never trust them with my personal information. This is extremely unsatisfactory and disappointing. I've lost several days because of rescheduling and no shows.

  Both David and Matt have gone out of thei way to make our expereince with our will and estate planning as easy as possible. The entire team there is very professional and friendly, and I love catching up with "Rosie" for some pets and cuddles, she is also a valued member of your team, she does a great job as official greeter.   When we were seeking out Estate Planning, we contacted a few attorneys in the area. Our neighbor told us that she and her husband were very happy with their process at Kirner and Boldt. We first met with David Boldt and then also worked mostly with Matthew Boldt. We had many questions that were answered in a patient and very clear manner. We felt very at ease during the process. Everyone there made us feel welcome, (especially Rosie), and Matthew guided us through the process with ease. We have already recommended them to our family, and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking an attorney.

  Buyer beware! Ms Washington lacks professionalism & attentiveness to her clients. She asked for all summons to be sent to her regarding my case. When I followed up with her about when I needed to appear in trial, she told me “later this month” …that turned out to be next week! The day of appearance, Ms Washington let me know I needed to appear in court THAT DAY - an hour on the other side of town! She then told me she was ready to “embarrass” my ex husband that day in court… I told her I FELT embarrassed because she was me leaving me unprepared. She told me she couldn’t represent a client that felt she was an embarrassment to. I should have went with my gut instinct upon hiring her when I saw the tarot card tapestry on the wall of her office next to her cat posters.
