- KKkqmhDec 12, 20251.0Had a consultation with the “executive assistant”/intake specialist that was more focused on intake flow than providing any accurate information or analysis. She took 2m to fill out a piece of paper and said we make too much for 7, have to go with 13. Never once did she mention the full means test. In fact, she gave misleading and inaccurate information, spoke with authority and finality, spoke for the attorney and trustee, and asked inappropriate loaded questions that carried implicit accusations. Professionally sloppy at best, manipulative at worst. It was very clear we were not treated as clients, but a conversion opportunity. We will be filing with a firm that isn’t as lazy and unprofessional.
