  The best experiences are the seamless ones. You can focus on the task at hand when details like initiating contact, scheduling an appointment and achieving your goals are well supported. This is my experience with Sheppard Law. From using their online assistant to meeting with Ken Sheppard Jr., I was confident I would get the assistance I needed. My husband passed away suddenly on Easter and did not have a will. Despite their best intentions, advice offered by family and friends left me with more questions than answers. I knew I needed an attorney. I looked over the Sheppard Law website and requested a consultation. I received a call from Ulysis,a very pleasant assistant who was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I teased Mr Sheppard that despite being the attorney and very credentialed, Ulysis is the real star of the show. My situation isn’t fully resolved but that’s only due to necessary time constraints. But as far as feeling confident regarding that resolution, I have to thank Sheppard Law. Highly recommend!

  My experience with Sheppard Law was extremely helpful! I had been told by my Dad’s bank that I had to update his Trust in order to pay bills for him with my POA. I met with Ken Sheppard who reviewed key parts of the Trust, showed me the language that allowed me as POA to pay bills and said I didn’t need to update the Trust and charged me nothing because it only took him a few minutes! I showed the language to the bank manager who finally admitted they “didn’t have” or “lost” the appropriate pages when they originally uploaded the document (never bank at Park bank - after I told them my predicament which is that my father is terminally ill and I needed to pay his bills, they basically kept telling me to pound sand. That is not just a bad business practice, it’s downright cruel).

  I was very pleased today with my experience there. He was very friendly and honest with me gave me advice that most lawyers would have not given me. I recommend this place to anyone

  They were very helpful. Explained everything full detail walked me through what I needed to do and were there with me when I had to go in front of the judge! I would recommend them to anybody.
