  HIGHLY RECOMMEND. TRUSTWORTHY. DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO! We sold our house in 2021 and had money put in Escrow at the buyer's request. Ultimately, we ended up where the buyer's refused to release the funds. We had no success resolving this matter. Then, our real estate agent met Phillip at an event in late 2022 and passed his information along to us. We met with Phillip to see if he thought he could resolve our matter. He was confident he could (after many other attorney's would not take our case as Real Estate was not their area of expertise). We hired Phillip around March/April 2023 and had a final resolution on our case by the end of July 2023. His retainer and rate were reasonable and worth the money to resolve the matter! He was very communicative at only the crucial junctures so as not to increase our bill. I highly Phillip for any matter you need resolved. You will not be disappointed.

  I worked with Attorney David Holland for my injury case. I was referred by a family member who had worked with Phillips & Mille almost two decades ago, and I'm so glad I took the advice. David and his team were incredibly kind and compassionate, knowledgeable and competent. He's honest and he just cares, I was completely at ease and had full confidence throughout the process. Dealing with pain and loss, it's invaluable to have an attorney that you feel has your back and is on the ball to take off some of the burden, and give you the best possible outcome. I highly recommend this firm, and if the need arises in the future, I will again use their services and refer family and friends. Thank you!!

  John McCarty is the type of attorney you want to have. He's honest and transparent about possible outcomes which, to me, means integrity. I do not hesitate recommending friends and family to John because I know he is fair and reasonable helping clients find the best possible outcome.
