  I dealt with Matthew and when I say he was absolutely exceptional. He helped me with two separate issues I had and both he handled with great professionalism. He kept me informed through every step with both issues. He showed up early and was there to speak with me prior to both hearings just to make sure there wasn’t anything else I needed answering and just to once again make sure I knew what to expect and ease my worrying. Very great advocate for his clients. He’s transparent and will tell you the good and the bad. He’s always been upfront and that’s what I loved the most. Very great attorney. Would definitely recommend and if I needed a lawyer again for anything, he’d be my first call.

  I had the worst experience ever with Thomas marinick. He was very rude unprofessional and a procrastinator that waited 8 months and still never got the job filed. He definitely gives lawyers a bad name.

I spoke to Mark and he was kind enough to counsel me on the phone. Fast forward to now and I knew I needed more than what they could provide over the phone so I made an appointment. This time it was with Matthew. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism, legal expertise, and genuine care for my situation. He explained my options clearly, made sure I understood everything, and was responsive to my questions and concerns.   Mark knew I had no money, and gave me a discounted rate of $500/hr. He was considerate to take into account my finances and be selective on the emails he replied to. Unfortunately we had to part ways due to finances. The last hearing he attended he was kind enough to do it for free, informed me I just wouldn’t be represented but I was not able to be on that call. Fortunately I did record that call. He wrote me a $800 check to fund my pro se journey. He does a fabulous job cooperating with law enforcement, both state and federal. my ex husband was the whistleblower, and was the party with all the money everyone is after. Not me. ** I am so sorry to hear of the passing of mark, I’m sure he helped a lot of people. I wish I could have written a more positive review

  I called him and he was very rude and condescending and basically assumed because I got fired wrongfully I didn’t have any money and told me to contact someone else to investigate. Ya I would pick someone else. Do not recommend Just wanted to edit I went somewhere else and it went to court and I won! This guy tried to say I lied about my identity that’s a big fat lie! He just wants an excuse to why he was rude and nasty to me.
