- SWSean “Sean” WebbSep 4, 20251.0Called to discuss an insurance claim in regards real estate. Most part of the conversation was polite. My issue is when the person who answered the phone dismissed me within 30 seconds of the call solely because I was farther north in the state and used the fraudulent excuse that they “do things different in different counties” my matter didn’t involve any court, arbitration or county agency. I simply was calling to retain someone to negotiate with my insurance company who isn’t even in the state of Ohio. And if litigation were to take place it would have been a virtual arbitration. So as a business owner I respect you being able to choose who you do business with. But I don’t like when someone feeds a false narrative or lie. Especially a law office
- JHJames HumphresJul 27, 20251.0Is it legal for your attorney to advise against access to shared bank accounts even when your attorney had documentation from his client that there was indeed shared money in a bank account and medical documentation that his client was/is abusing me SO that I couldn't get my own attorney to properly defend myself against a wrongful eviction process and abuse???...just asking before I file a complaint with the legal board & contact the prosecuting attorney office with my question with an email from his prior/current client proving that is exactly what she told me.
