  Attorney Britton Hicks at Willis Spangler & Starling and her team did an excellent job helping me get approved upon my third appeal, first in front of an administrative judge. I knew I medically met all the requirements and I had recently gotten a 100% service-connected rating 18 months prior, which was nearly when I began the process with Social Security, so I was baffled why I kept getting denied on the first two appeals with Social Security. I recruited Britton and her team and she treated me with empathy, dignity, respect and she understood my frustration with the system. Britton was able to keep me calm & focused. She helped me to prepare properly & made sure all of my ducks were in a row. Britton reviewed everything with me & gave me an idea of what to expect at the hearing. I was happy that the outcome was finally ruled favorable! I'm very happy with the service I received from Britton as well as her team, including the interns. Every time i had a question via email or phone calI the staff was the light professional and always found an answer no matter what my question was. I absolutely recommend Britton Hicks and her team if the aforementioned qualities are important to you & quality of service there's a high priority during this diff8cult process then you couldn't make a better choice.

  My employer decided to get evil and terminated me. I was subject to retaliation and harassment constantly by them for a long time. In search for attorney a friend of mine referred me here and told me I'll be in good hands. I did their intake and described everything in detail to the lady. I was assured I'm in the right place by the staff. I waited a whole week so hopeful and they notified me that my case isn't good and they can't assist. They didn't even explain why my case is not worthy. So, Why not telling people upfront if the case isn't good or unworthy so don't waste their time. Clearly I described everything to the staff who was helping me and I just don't get why they declined my case. I'm absolutely certain my case was a good one and this law firm isn't honest for some reason. There is video footage of incident occurred to me and I have everything documented and there are more than enough evidence against this employer. A full week is a lot just to come back and reject me. I don't know but something doesn't feel right about these law firms. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from here particularly my fellow immigrant friends.
