  Customer service is not this office's strong suit. I scheduled an 11am appointment and explained my needs when I called. I arrived a few minutes early and was told the attorney was wrapping up with another client — fine. That client left at 11:03. For the next 22 minutes, the attorney and admin staff discussed other cases and appointment reminders while I waited. When I asked to confirm my appointment time, the admin seemed annoyed. The attorney eventually came out, grabbed something from the printer, glanced up and said "If you're ready now, I can talk" — then walked off without indicating where I should follow. The admin had to point me to the right office. I explained that I needed help setting up my business correctly and wanted to pay for professional guidance to make sure the paperwork was done right. The attorney handed me a stack of forms and said "these are what you need." When I clarified that I was hoping to hire someone to help me complete them accurately, he said "Yeah, I can do that, but I charge $750" — as if the idea of paying for legal services was something I needed to have explained to me. He came across as condescending and made me feel foolish for asking for help with something outside my expertise. I understand my needs may be small compared to his usual caseload. That's fine — but if this type of work isn't something he wants to take on, that could have been communicated when I called to set the appointment, saving us both the time. He may be a skilled attorney. But if client experience matters to you, look elsewhere.

  Rick Hyde helped me a lot , i had a reckless operation and he kept me out of jail witch was my main focus he stood by my side all 5 of my court appearances and gave me a fighting chance i strongly recommend him for any of your court needs he’s a great lawyer and he will get the job done as long as as you help him out with what you can and be honest i feel i received the best possible outcome in my scenario and i thank that all to Rick Hyde i previously had a public defender before dropping her to hire Rick Hyde and she seemed very set on jail time, every time i spoke with rick he assured me we won’t be taking a plea that even involves jail. Strongly recommend this guy i love him and his work there’s a reason he’s been in the business for so long so you know you can count on him

  Rick is a fantastic lawyer. He was informative and reassuring from the moment I hired him as representation. He was always available to answer any questions I had whether he was at his office or home. He was able to work out a plea to a significantly lesser charge in my case. Considering the amount of evidence against me I couldn't be happier. Don't hesitate to hire Rick Hyde.
