- ASAndrew Seslinski2 days ago1.0I should've not forgotten when I was injuried in 2006 they only got me like 34bucks for when a 90lb steel pan fell on my head. I believe their coorupt and work with the company or bwc more than for you. Ive had only one good experience with them when I had to beg to get treatment again for an old claim where I herniated 3disks in my lower back. We should've won my carpal tunnel hearing where a heavy panel yanked the hell out of my hand. Now I have severe carpal tunnel.nrs didnt do their homework and wasnt prepared I guess. Had these lawyers right out of lawschool do my case. I got no compensation and I been off since December 2025. Id get one lawyer not this firm.

He spoke with intelligence and knowledge on my behalf. Mr. Nitz listened to me before the hearing and I felt heard, he let me express myself and helped guide those feelings into a proper dialogue for the hearing, I tend to get off topic. I highly recommend his service.

I’ve had to do paper work my self when the other workers Comp company has rushed out to the lawyers multiple times to have papers filled out and the attorneys do not respond or reply so it resorts to me getting letters sent directly to me to fill out these papers to get my case moving along very disappointed with this attorneys Never refer them and I will be sending a termination letter end of day today to them
