Jackie was one of the people who came up and after a quick consultation, I knew she was the one to help represent me to full capacity. She's been amazing through the entire process, affirmed me, and recommended what would be best at all times. Even in emergencies, she was there to talk to and through situations. Very direct and to the point (which a person like me truly appreciates) and found solutions quickly. I pray I never have to use her again, but if in the future I do need to, I know she's the only person I would go to.
