I don’t typically write bad reviews because I do not feel like they accomplish much, but if this stops just one person from putting their trust in Mrs. K it would be worth it! Mrs. K was my lawyer and was horrible. Thought she was ok at first, but just incompetent. Basically let my ex walk all over me. Didn’t fight for a thing! Walked away with hardly anything outlined and I am to the point where I have to get another lawyer. Paid them a good amount to get nothing. I feel like she was working for my ex! Now, just months after we went to court my ex is being extremely difficult and just quotes that was not stated in the final paperwork. I knew that would happen and Mrs.K just kept saying we won’t get that and didn’t even try! Later after they gave me money back from my deposit they sent me an invoice for $300. I emailed Mrs. K because I knew my ex would give me trouble and he did. Her response was nope we are not going to get that and she didn’t even try. Maybe other people are good there, but definitely not timid people that won’t fight for their clients! So extremely disappointed! Beware!

- CMCourtney MayMar 24, 20205.0I met with Chelsea and I am very regretful allowing my husbands family to pick their lawyer over her! I feel she would have gotten my husband what he needed and wanted and not been made a fool by his ex wives lawyer, again, over my step girls. I didnt have to explain much to her, I handed her everything I had on the case from their divorce, a couple notes and dates of how his ex wife wasnt following court orders and doing this or that, child support changing 3 different times without basing it on his income, etc. Anyone who has met her and thinks "she seems like shell do a good job, but I can't afford that right now" find a way!!! Just meeting her and chatting for an hour I had more hope in her helping my.husband than who his father paid for him to use. (We repaid, but now I wish I would have just did her payment arrangement)

We prefer initial consultations to occur in person at our office. However, if you are unable to visit, we can also accommodate meetings via Zoom or telephone.
Where should I park?
There is a street-level parking garage conveniently located under our building, offering plenty of visitor spaces for you to park in. In the rare event that no visitor spaces are available or your vehicle is too large, metered parking is conveniently located on the surrounding streets near our office.

It depends! The cost and the time involved in any family law proceeding varies depending on the issues involved, the parties involved, and the factual disputes at issue.
