  I have contacted Kaye Willi three times in the past 10 years. The first time was after I had been to four other Tax Attorneys who told me that my ex-husbands tax lien against the marital home couldn't be partially lifted in order to sell the home. Kaye told me she understood the problem as well as the solution. She was brilliant at ridding me of state, local and federal taxes and the IRS lien against the house. I wouldn't have been able to sell it had I not found Kaye. My second time calling Kaye was on behalf of my daughter's inheritance. She gave sound advice on our liability for the distribution. Most recently my wife sold her rental home and I contacted Kaye to see if there was any opportunity to offset the taxes. Kaye is so wonderfully generous with her knowledge that she advised me it wasn't her area of expertise BUT she would be happy to lend any advice she could. What she had to say was consistent with everything I hoped wasn't true but I was happy to hear it from someone I trust. Thank you so much Kaye!! You are a true gem!   We met with Kaye and Mark and they spent over ninety minutes going over our case and our documents. We learned a great deal about our situation, and they clearly explained the options available and how to move forward. I would highly recommend you see Mark and Kaye first if you have any tax issues.

  My husband and I needed someone to draft our estate plan. Because we own real estate, a corporation, and various investments, we needed someone knowledgeable, up-to-date, and thorough. For my husband, Kaye Willi was the obvious choice. He is an attorney who was once a colleague of Kaye Willi many years ago. In addition to her expertise, we can say that Kaye Willi is professional, well-organized, and extremely pleasant to work with. We consider ourselves very fortunate to know her.

  My husband and I recently had our wills done. Loved that we got to meet in person to discuss our wishes. Kaye Willi spent quite a bit of time explaining options and listening to what was important to us. We never felt rushed in our decision making. Convenient appointment times were an added plus. It was great knowing she had our best interests in mind.
