The first time was after I had been to four other Tax Attorneys who told me that my ex-husbands tax lien against the marital home couldn't be partially lifted in order to sell the home. Kaye told me she understood the problem as well as the solution. She was brilliant at ridding me of state, local and federal taxes and the IRS lien against the house. I wouldn't have been able to sell it had I not found Kaye. My second time calling Kaye was on behalf of my daughter's inheritance. She gave sound advice on our liability for the distribution. Most recently my wife sold her rental home and I contacted Kaye to see if there was any opportunity to offset the taxes. Kaye is so wonderfully generous with her knowledge that she advised me it wasn't her area of expertise BUT she would be happy to lend any advice she could.
