  Neiman Law assisted my partnership in the sale of our commercial building. While the sale was a long process that was filled with several issues, Neiman Law was always available to assist, offer council and professional advice to resolve these issues. All issues were resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. Most of my contact with Neiman Law was with Charlie Tillett who did an outstanding job of guiding the partners through all the various complexities that arose during the sale of our property. Mike Neiman also assisted with resolving issues and offering advice to finally close the deal. Both Mike and Charlie handled all the issues that needed to be resolved to close this real estate transaction promptly and professionally. I highly endorse Neiman Law for any and all of your real estate law needs.

  Worked with Charlie for consultation on an operating agreement & other document review regarding a commercial deal in central Ohio. Everything went smoothly.
