  Edit: Mr. Colombo personally reached out to me to apologize profusely about this. He absolutely remembered our previous talk, fully accepted ownership of the mistake, didn't try to pass the blame, recommended another lawyer that is better suited for my type of case (mine is product liability) and he even contacted them to let them know I'd be calling and gave them a rundown of the case. Though we had a communication issue at first, Mr. Colombo corrected the situation and went above and beyond. As I told him on our call, I have the utmost respect for someone when they own a mistake the way he did. Mr. Colombo absolutely earned my respect and trust. If God forbid I ever find myself or my family in the need for a personal injury lawyer, I will absolutely give Mr. Colombo another try. ----‐----------------------- I hate that I'm having to leave a review like this, but I'm at the end of my rope. Essentially what this review boils down to a serious lack of communication. After having called in and got the initial conversation for the case I was pursuing started, Mr. Colombo called me a week later for the consultation. He seemed interested in the case and asked me to collect some things to have sent to him, and that he would call me on June 12th to follow up and give me instructions on where to send the items. June 12th came, and no call. I gave it a week in case I misunderstood, but nothing. I had also emailed him around that time with a question, but no reply. After a week, I called back in and explained, was told this was gonna be passed along to Mr. Colombo and he would be calling me soon. I waited a week, still no call. So, a few days after a week passed, I called again, re-explained the situation, was told again that the info would be passed along and he'd be giving me a call, weeks go by and still no call.

  My grandparents, Jack and Connie had the opportunity to work with Colombo Law. After their accident they wanted help in searching for a law firm that could assist them with their needs. I attended the first call to ensure that my grandparents would be taken care of. Colombo Law called them every two weeks. Kayla, would call and provide an update and also make sure documentation was being taken care of and processed in a timely manner. I can not stress the importance and value that alone provided them. On top of that, Colombo Law also settled in less than a year, I would highly recommend Colombo law for your accident needs.

  We were beyond thrilled with the services provided by Columbo Law. Travis was professional, knowledgeable, relatable, and caring. We had previously been with other lawyers and there was a stark difference in how they interacted with us. I feel lucky that we were able see how two different law firms can run and how it affects your sanity! As soon as we switched to Columbo we walked away feeling that we were in good hands and our stress level went from 100 to ZERO! We knew as soon as we met them that we were in wonderful, trustworthy hands. We were right. They made this process as stress free as could be. I highly recommend that if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing a lawyer, you make it as easy as possible on yourself by choosing the right lawyers. Columbo is who you want!
