Pete Scranton was so confident that he could get him less time and wanted so badly to take his case because they’ve worked with my dad before. So the public defender was fired and Pete got on his cases and received $5,000!! My dad was sentenced to 17.5 years today and Pete didn’t show up, he sent someone else in his office. So basically Pete got paid to get my dad more time.

To further elaborate on who she is not even just as an attorney but as a person; Madison recently ran into me at a court hearing. She was not my attorney, nor had we spoken since she represented me last. She not only recognized me, but immediately approached me with compassion on why I was there and if she could help. She jumped in to help without me asking, showed immediate concern and a willingness and desire to fight for me, and did it all without even being retained.
