  Andrew Niese is an amazing attorney! He helped me through a really complicated divorce and custody case and did it with so much care. He was always patient with the endless questions I had and took the time to make sure I understood everything along the way. He’s also very compassionate — not only did he fight for me, but he also encouraged me whenever I felt overwhelmed. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and even got a 60(B) motion granted, which almost never happens! His staff is also wonderful — super kind and quick to respond (I’d usually get a reply within the hour). Honestly, he was worth every penny. With how thorough and dedicated he was, he could have charged more and still been worth it. I’m so grateful I had him on my side and would recommend him to anyone who wants an attorney who actually cares about their clients.

  Would give zero reviews if possible. Very pushy in the wrong way. Not appropriate in professional setting! Lied in court. Filed grievance.

  Andrew Niese, of the law firm Bergman & Yiangou, came highly recommended. Mr. Niese handled our paternity case. He was straight forward and told us what our options were and the risks for each. There were no empty promises made as to the outcome. We felt like he was looking out for our best interest. We absolutely recommend him also.
